Cookie policy

Avery Nexus develops private, sovereign and auditable AI for high-trust and critical environments. Designed to keep intelligence closer to where it matters, with greater control, privacy and precision.

Legal draft: To be reviewed by qualified Norwegian counsel before publication.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Avery Nexus AS, Norway, organisation number 935 285 275. Questions about this policy can be sent tosebastian@averynexus.com.

2. Do We Use Cookies?

This website is a static informational site with contact and enquiry forms. We do not currently set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and there is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or comparable tracking script in the site code.

For that reason, we do not display a consent banner: consent is only required for non-essential cookies, and we do not use any.

3. Necessary Cookies and Local Storage

  • Security and delivery: Our hosting and infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary cookies or comparable identifiers to deliver the site securely and to protect it against abuse.
  • Spam protection: If the optional hCaptcha spam check is enabled on our forms, hCaptcha may set strictly necessary cookies or local storage entries in order to distinguish humans from automated submissions.
  • Session storage: Where authentication is used for internal areas of the site, a session token is stored in your browser's local storage. This is required for the sign-in to function.

These are necessary for the website to work and are not used to build a profile of you.

4. Preference Cookies

We do not currently store preference cookies. If we later add features such as a saved language choice, this page will be updated before the feature goes live.

5. Analytics Cookies

None are in use. Basic technical request logs are generated by our hosting and backend providers for security and operations. These are described in our Privacy Policy rather than here, because they are server-side logs and not cookies.

6. Marketing Cookies

None are in use. We do not run advertising or retargeting technology on this site.

7. Managing Cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the site — for example, form submission or spam protection — to stop working.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce new cookies or third-party scripts, we will update this page, and where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before those technologies are used.
